Jeti Qazyna is the restoration and adaptive reuse of a building in Astana — 8 101 m² GBA with 3 801 m² of leasable space, integrated into the active urban fabric of the Baikonur district.
The project is developed from concept to schematic design, keeping the identity of the existing structure.
